We can offer a range of floor sanding services to suit your needs, whether you want to finish the varnishing yourself after we have sanded your floor, right up to the complete service of gap filling, sanding, staining etc.
We are honest and up front with our prices and I can give you a fixed price with confidence based on our 15 years of experience in floor sanding.
- Repairs £20.00 per hour
- Gap filling with strips of wood £4.00 per linear mtr
- Mass filling for parquet £5.00 per sq mtr
- Sanding only £17.00 per sq mtr
- Sand and seal x 2 coats £21.00 per sq mtr
- Staining [2 coats is usually
- required to build up the color] £6.00 per coat per sq mtr
- Extra coat of laquer £5.00 per sq mtr
All prices include labour and materials, we do not charge VAT. If you would like to calculate the cost to sand your room, measure the room's width and length in metres and multiply them, which will give you the sq metres. Then pick the work you want done and multiply by the sq meters of your room. Or contact us to discuss your requirements
